WHAT IS NDIS?

The National Disability Insurance Scheme (NDIS) is a government-funded program that provides support and services to individuals with permanent and significant disabilities. The program aims to help people with disabilities achieve their goals and live their lives to the fullest by providing funding for necessary equipment, therapies, and other support services.

At Our Good Care, we are registered NDIS providers and are committed to helping individuals with disabilities access the services they need to live independently and achieve their goals.

Eligibility Criteria

To be eligible for the NDIS, an individual must meet the following criteria:

  • Have a permanent and significant disability that affects their ability to perform everyday activities
  • Be an Australian citizen, permanent resident, or hold a Protected Special Category Visa
  • Be under the age of 65 when applying for the scheme
  • Live in an area where the NDIS is available

If you meet these criteria, you may be eligible to receive funding and support through the NDIS.
